Position: Minister Lander Church of Christ
Preaching Evangelist for a loving church family located in a small Wyoming town positioned at the base of the Wind River Mountains with opportunities for spiritual growth and outreach.

We are looking for a preaching evangelist who is eager to share the word, serve the community and church and to live his faith to the best of his ability while being part of our family. Lander, WY is a great place to live, raise a family and share the good news of Jesus.
The Lander Church of Christ is a congregation of 50-60 members that has been in the community since the 1950’s. Our congregation is active in the community and mission minded.
- We have 3 elders and 2 deacons currently serving the local church.
- Our congregation supports foreign mission works in Mexico, Eastern Europe and India as well as domestic efforts with Orphan’s Lifeline and the University of Wyoming campus.
- We have many members who assist in leading worship and teaching Bible classes.
- We encourage our minister to be involved in the community alongside our members.
We are interested in a preacher who also helps in leading Bible studies on Sunday morning and during midweek meetings. Involvement in our community is a way of life in rural Wyoming and we encourage our preacher in these ministry and fellowship opportunities. We are open to however the Lord leads us while searching for a minister. This may be a new graduate who is single, an established minister looking to relocate his family or a near retiree searching for a place to end his career with gusto. We off a competitive and negotiable starting salary. Other benefits include paid time off, annual financial and time allowance for professional development, and flexible hours.

Besides Lander having a diverse population of approximately 7,300 people. Lander also has two public high schools, a 6-8 grade middle school, two elementary grade level campuses, a private elementary school, and a small private 4-year university.
